Sir,

By His Majesty “” which is appointed to carry out the present mail you will receive a box containing the “” and intructions of Colonel Ainslie as Governor of Dominica, which I am to request you will forever “” that Officer, with such directions as may enable him “forthwith” to proceed to his government.

His Royal Highness the Prince Regent having been pleased to appoint Mayor General Sir Charles Shipley to be Governor of Grenada, he may be instructed to proceed hither to take the command of the Troops stationed there; in which case “” sent “” to Brigadier General Ainslie in “” he may
